Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Note: Please see attachments to view this combined synopsis/solicitation in its entirety. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FDA-SOL-1118333 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The U. S.
