- The scope of these services is to provide Refuse Collection Services Services for DoD Joint Communications and Engineering Support Element (JCESE), Miami, FL. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the attached scope of work. All offerors must submit bids for all or none. This procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 562111. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $35.5M for the past three (3) years. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://www/fbo.gov on or about 1 July 2013.
