Description

Submit two (2) copies of this conformed copy instead of the original solicitation. Submit two (2) copies of the Amendment FA4610-11-R-0001 Site Visit Roster Questions and answers from site visit on 25 June 2013 submited by various contractors. Solicitation FA4610-11-R-0037 posted on 4 June 2013 incorporated SCA WD 2005-2063, rev. 12 dated 13 June 2012. Recently, a new SCA WD 2005-2063, rev. 13, dated 19 June 2013 was issued by the Department of Labor. Thus, changes were made to the SF 1449 solicitation document to update the Attachments table and replace the old WD with the revised version included in Amendment FA4610-11-R-0037-0001. Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment 1, dated 1 February 2013 is being replaced by PWS, Attachment 1, revision 1, dated 2 July 2013. Changes are annotated in red text. Please use this PWS to submit your proposal. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Update solicitation FA4610-11-R-0037 posted on 4 June 2013 which incorporated SCA WD 2005-2063, rev. 12 dated 13 June 2012 and replace it with SCA WD 2005-2063, rev. 13, dated 19 June 2013 which was issued by the Department of Labor recently. 2. Replace the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment 1, dated 1 February 2013 with PWS Attachment 1, revision 1, dated 2 July 2013. Changes are annotated in red text. 3. Extend the proposal due date from 9 July 2013, 4:00 p.m. to 15 July 2013, 4:00 p.m. IMPORTANT: Submit two (2) copies of the conformed copy of the solicitation labeled "Conformed to FA4610-11-R-0037-00001 dtd 3 July 2013" and two (2) copies of the Amendment labeled "FA4610-11-R-0037-00001 dtd 3 July 2013" instead of the original solicitation labeled "FA4610-11-R-0037 Solicitation Released 2013-06-04."
