Description
FBO Sources Sought The purpose of this Federal Business Opportunities Sources Sought is to conduct research for a potential forthcoming Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to provide professional architectural/engineering design services for various Architectural projects at the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, Wisconsin. Services will include site investigations, analysis, design, calculations, preparation of working drawings and specifications, cost estimating, Construction Period Services, as-builts and site visits through the construction completion period are part of the scope. Services shall be provided for one (1) year with the option to extend for two (2) additional years for architectural/engineering consultant services. For any one project, a task order will be issued not to exceed $500,000 and the total cumulative contract amount for task orders under this contract shall not exceed a maximum of $1,499,999. The Architect Engineering firm must be located within a 200 miles radius of the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, Wisconsin. The 200 mile radius will be determined using the following website: http://www.freemaptools.com/raius-around-point.htm. In accordance with Public Law 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Healthcare and Information Technology Act of 2006, Pursuant to 38 USC 8127(d), competition is 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms. The SDVOSB firm must be verified in http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov, to be eligible for award. Firms must also have current registrations with the System Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and Vets 100 at http://www.dol.gov/vets/vets-100.html No bid packages are available. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). NAIC #541330 applies. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
