- Purchase and Delivery of #2 Fuel Oil, Biodiesel Fuel, and Off Road Diesel Fuel, to the Wertheim (Shirley and Brookhaven), Morton (Sag Harbor), and Target Rock (Lloyd Harbor) units of the Long Island National Wildlife Refuge Complex, New York. Please refer to Attachment No. 2 (Statement of Work) for additional information. This contract opportunity is a total set aside for small business concerns. The small business size standard is 50 (or less) employees. The NAICS code is 454310. Registration is required at the System for Award Management (SAM online at www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award. All other eligible and responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. A Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation package will be released through www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net on or about July 29, 2013. No hard copies of the solicitation will be sent out by this office. Proposals are expected to be due on or about August 30, 2013. The Government intends to award a Base plus Four Option Year contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation presents the best value to the Government, price and other delivery factors considered. Multiple fixed-price contracts may be issued resulting from this solicitation.
