- Description
- The Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, Network Contracting Office 19, has a requirement for an Assisted Living Residence(s) to provide services to eligible male and female veteran patients, referred upon their discharge from the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System's inpatient Psychiatric Unit. The successful Contractor(s) shall provide licensed, qualified staff including: Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Master Social Workers (MSWs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFTs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs), Licensed Professional Nurses (LPNs), Psychiatric Technicians, Residential Counselors, Physicians Assistants and Pharmacists. Approximately 1,248 Bed Days of Care (BDOC) per year will be required. The period of performance of the proposed contract will be for a base period of one (1) year. The solicitation also contains Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses giving the Government the unilateral option to extend the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The North American Industry Classification System number for this procurement is 623220. The Small Business Size for this procurement is $14m. Receipt of offers will be July 25, 2013.
