- Line Items List (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Program Support Center (PSC) on behalf of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has a requirement for a 12 month maintenance renewal for AHRQ's Cisco WebExOne WebOffice Enterprise License. (ii) The solicitation number is AHR114801. (iii) This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-68. (iv) The corresponding NAICS code is 541511. (v) List of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure: Maintenance Agreement Renewal for WebExOne Enterprise License (see attached Item List) (vi) Description of Requirements - Maintenance Agreement Renewal for WebExOne Enterprise License. (vii) Delivery and all services are to be from 9/1/2013-8/31/2014. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The Government will award a contract resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror who provides the lowest price and is technically acceptable. (LPTA). (x) Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer or acknowledge its listing in Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). (xi) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. AHRQ has used the WebExOne online meeting platform since 2007 with the enterprise license model adopted in 2010. The AHRQ environment for secure online meetings and work group collaborative (extranets with partners) is Cisco Webex. AHRQ currently has 15 active extranets sites under this enterprise license that support all of the portfolios by the Agency and they are essential to conducting projects, programs, and research review activities.
