- SCA Wage Determination Sample QCP Road Graphic Form Designation - Inspector Designation - COR Designation - Contractor Rep Decommissioning Report DB Wage Determination DB Wage Determination DB Wage Determination DB Wage Determination Daily Report Types of Work Sign Guide Road Maintenance Solicitation Performance Requirements Summary Form The National Forests in Mississippi is soliciting for Road Maintenance Services with the possibly of performing minor Road Construction work on the Bienville and Chickasawhay Ranger Districts. This solicitation will result in the award of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts for each district. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12 in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is AG-447U-S-13-0040 and is issued as a request for proposals. The solicitation document and in corporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-68. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 237310 with a small business size standard of $33.5M. This requirement is a Total Small Business set-aside. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, licenses, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary to successfully complete road maintenance services on the Bienville and Chickasawhay Ranger Districts. Work includes tasks and subtasks related to road blading, aggregate placement, cleaning of culverts and ditches, sign installation and culvert replacement on national forest roads. Range for this requirement is from $250,000 to $500,000. All questions are to be emailed to Andrew J. Thompson, Contracting Officer at ajthompson@fs.fed.us. All questions and responses will be posted as an amendment on the fbo.gov. A pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Chickasawhay Ranger Office on July 31, 2013, 10:00 AM CT. The District Office is located at 968 Hwy 15 South, Laurel, Mississippi. The attached solicitation package will contain the information on how to submit proposals for each Ranger Districts. A separate packet is required for each Ranger District. Offeror must be registered in the Systems for Awards Management at www.sam.gov database to be considered for award. The selected Offeror must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; FAR 52/212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items paragraph (a) and the following clauses in paragraph (b) 52.219-8, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, 52.232-33.
