Description

Statement of Need The Department of Veterans Affairs in Erie, Pennsylvania has a requirement for endoscopic equipment, which will include light source, camera control module, HD cystoscopies, high definition cameras, medical grade high definition monitors, video equipment cart, cables, and high definition printer. The system shall be compatible with Olympus, ACMI, and GYRUS endoscopic equipment. The exact items being requested are as follows: "(1 each) CVL-190 XENON Light Source with Narrow Band Imaging Capabilities "(1 each )CV-190 HD Camera Box with Narrow Band imaging "(1 each) OEV-261H 26' HD Medical Grade Monitor "(1 each) WM-NP2 Video Cart and Accessories "(1 each) IMH-20 N Stream Dual Channel Image Capture System with DICOM, PACS Compatible "(1 each) Cables for Video Tower "(1 each) OEP-5 HD Printer "(2 each) OTV-S7PRO HD Urology Specific Camera Head/Narrow Band Imaging Capabilities/60 gram weight "(4 each) CYF-VH HD Video Flexible Cystoscope with Narrow Band Imaging The price of the system shall include the following "Shipping "Installation "Configuration "Operation Manual "Accessory Kit for Routine Maintenance "12 Month Standard Warranty Installation & Training Vendor will install the system in the Operating Room. EVAMC Biomedical staff will configure any interfaces with the VA information technology applications necessary. The vendor will configure all settings for local use based on information provided by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The training will be coordinated in advance with the COR. The following training requirements will be fulfilled by the vendor: 1.Training for all OR staff will be conducted and hands-on technical demonstration will occur. 2.The designated Biomedical Technician will receive in depth training on-site, online or by approved travel to a designated site to be included in the purchase price of the system. The standard installation and training will not exceed 10 business days. 3.Biomedical Engineering training for preventative maintenance (PM), troubleshooting, and proper operations. 4.The vendor's staff providing in-house training will be required to take the VA Privacy and Information Security Awareness and Rules of Behavior course as the generalized privacy training. All Contractor employees will have to take the VA Privacy and Information Security Awareness Course after contract award and prior to coming on station. The course information is as follows: The Contractor will ensure that their employees under this contract, complete the Privacy Awareness and Cyber Security training. The training can be completed through the following website: https://www.ees-learning.net Completion certificates will be generated at the end of the training sessions and should be printed and sent to the COR at the Erie VAMC. Support Vendor will cover the standard one-year warranty and will provide telephone technical support and repair services to us during the one-year original warranty period which will commence upon the installation. The C&A requirements do not apply, and that a Security Accreditation Package is not required
