This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only. Responses to this notice will only be used for information and planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this notice. All capable Small Businesses should respond with a capability statement to assist the Government in making the determination required by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.502-2(b). The Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center (PVAMC), Pennsylvania is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of qualified, technically capable small business contractors capable of providing construction services for the VA Medical Center located at University and Woodland Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19104. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 and the small business size standard is $14.0 million dollars. Please indicate the socio-economic status of your firm. Please check the following that apply: 1: Service disabled, veteran owned small business_________ 2: Veteran owned small business _______ 3: Small business_______ 4: (8a) firm _________ 5: HUB zone ________ 6: Large business/other than small business firm__________ The PVAMC anticipates soliciting construction services for the removal and disposal of the existing Walk-In Freezer Building #1 PVAMC including but not limited to walls, electrical, dry type fire protection, and quarry tile floor in order to furnish and install a new stainless steel walk-in freezer refrigerator combination, new floor, lighting, security hardware, testing and start up. Responses to this notice should include the following: Offeror's company name, DUNS, address, point of contact, title, phone number and email address; Offeror's capability to meet this requirement and any pertinent information which demonstrates the firm's ability to meet the above requirements.
