Description

In accordance with FAR 52.211-6 - Brand Name or Equal, the Northern Regional Contracting Office has a requirement to purchase four (4) Genesis Blood Collection Mixers for the Air Force Military Treatment Facility at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. This acquisition will be processed under Commercial Item Procedures. Award shall be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. The Government intends to award one firm-fixed-price Purchase Order as a result of this solicitation. This requirement is being competed as a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business utilizing the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 334516, with a size standard of 500 employees. All responsible sources are invited to submit an offer. The competitive solicitation, all amendments and any questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Web Site at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the website. Interested parties must respond to the solicitation in order to be considered for award of any resultant Purchase Order. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax requests for this solicitation will not be accepted.
