Description

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source contract for the Presidential Helicopter Program Office (PMA-274) located at Patuxent River, MD. This support of PMA-274 is a bridge requirement and a stand-alone contractual effort. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide up to 1 year (six month base year and two, three month option periods) of continued program management, acquisition management, technical security and administrative support services until a follow-on can be awarded. The period of performance for this effort will be 01 September 2013 through 31 August 2014. The primary place of performance will be Patuxent River, MD. Any responses must be received by 2:00pm (Eastern Time) on 07 August 2013. Responses may be emailed to sabana.moore@navy.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on any responses received is solely at the discretion of the Government. If no written response is received within fifteen days, a contract may be issued without further notice. Numbered Note 22 (changing forty-five days to fifteen days).
