- Navy Data Collection Spreadsheet PLease see the questions and answers below: 1. Paragraph 1.3 indicates a scope of CONUS, Paragraph 2 and 2.6 indicates CONUS and overseas. Please clarify which is required. Answer: Paragraph 1.3 indicates "known" however, the contract awardee must be prepared, as indicated in the Overview, and in paragraph 1, Introduction, to provide services in overseas military locations. 2. Paragraph 2 indicates a security clearance may be required. What security clearance level is required if any? Answer: As stated, the security clearance requirements must be equal to what is required for the specific military installation to be accessed. 3. Paragraph 2.6 indicates 15 day notice for travel to specific location. 20 day notice would allow for maximum discounts on Air travel. Answer: More than 15 days' notice cannot be guaranteed. 4. Paragraph 2.7 is unclear on Travel reimbursement. We are expecting to have Travel Reimbursed IAW the JTR. Will this be acceptable? Answer: No. Paragraph remains as written. 5. Paragraph 3.1 lists a number of data elements which would not be readily available during an inventory. What items are mandatory vs desirable to collect? Answer: All data elements included in 3.1 are required and readily available in a physical inventory. It may/will require inquiries of users/staff to obtain this information. 6. Paragraph 6 Attachment 1 is the performance requirement summary (PRS) There does not seem to be an Attachment A Data collection Spreadsheet. Answer: Attachment 1 provided in this email. Tab 1, Device Data Entry, is to be completed. 7. In order to create a staffing plan, it important to understand what the number of expected assessments to be done at one time? Are you looking for multiple teams to travel around the country performing the assessments or can this be handled by one team in a scheduled orderly fashion? Answer: As indicated numerous times in the PWS, the scope in undetermined. The contractor must be prepared to meet the requirements at multiple locations, simultaneously, both within the continental United States and within DOD overseas installations as required. 8. The last paragraph of the synopsis indicates that email proposals would not be accepted. Are email proposals acceptable? Answer: E-mail Proposals will be accepted
