The aforementioned commercially available PSO support services shall be secured through a streamlined solicitation as outlined under FAR 12.603. As such the following synopsis information as required under FAR 5.207 is being provided: (1) Action Code: HSHQE3-13-R-00007 (2) Date: August 1, 2013 (3) Year: 2013 (4) Contracting Office Zip Code: 19106 (5) Classification Code: 561621 (6) Contracting Office Address: 701 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA (7) Subject: FPS PSO Requirement; Baltimore, MD (8) Proposed Solicitation Number: HSHQE3-13-R-00007 (9) Closing Response Date: September 4, 2013 (10) Contact Point or Contracting Officer: Gregory F. Blaszko (11) Description: Solicitation HSHQE3-13-R-00007 shall secure PSO services in support of the Social Security Administration (SSA) Wabash Street and Metro West locations within Baltimore, MD. A single award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract shall be executed, through an open market competition. (12) Place of Contract Performance: SSA Wabash Street and Metro West locations within Baltimore, MD (13) Set-Aside Status: N/A This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is hereby included. A complete description of the requirements briefly described herein, to include supporting information, terms and conditions, provisions, clauses and associated attachments are all included in the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) HSHQE3-13-R-00007 attached to this synopsis/solicitation announcement. In order for interested parties to recieve a copy of the associated Post Exhibits a signed Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required. The required NDA is included as an attachment to this combined synopsis/solicitation to include additional instructions. Questions regarding the subject solicitation shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subject RFP HSHQE3-13-R-00007, no later than (NLT) 4:00PM, Eastern Time, August 14, 2013. Proposals provided in response to the subject solicitation shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subject RFP HSHQE3-13-R-00007, NLT 4:00 pm Eastern Time, September 4, 2013.
