- ASSISTANT BUSINESS OFFICE CASHIER This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NOTE: THIS IS A SHORT LEAD-TIME DUE TO URGENT NEED Business Office Cashier for Haskell Indian Nations University (HINU). The contract service period will be August 2013 - July 31, 2014 with four year options. The Contractor will be responsible for collection of student fees and disbursement of scholarship checks such as Pell, SEOG, Tribal scholarships, etc. as outlined in the attached Statement of Work. Contractor should submit a proposal, not to exceed 10 pages, documentation that shows compliance with the evaluation criteria established under FAR Clause 52.212-2. Technical Capabilities and Past Performance, price factor should also include qualifications cited in the Statement of Work. Price proposals shall include Price per Hour - Price per hour shall factor cost of services. The estimate needed amount of hours per week. Price should be submitted separately for each on Page 3 of the SF-1447 and will be considered as a firm fixed price. This is small business set-aside. Contractor is required to have an active registration in SAM as a small business and provide documentation as such, in order to submit a quote for this project.
