- Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Sole Source contract to GMG Systems, Inc., 3555 Leonardtown Rd, Suite 5, Waldorf, MD 20601 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The proposed acquisition is to purchase KnTList-KnTTool Enterprise MP 1 yr. Subscription Renewal. GMG Systems KnTList + 3 KnTTools Enterprise MP 1 Year Subscription EESD. End User: NCIS is available exclusively for recognized government agencies. The period of performance will be 9/1/2013 to 8/31/2014. GMG Systems, Inc. is the sole provider and manufacture of the KnTList + 3 KnTTools Enterprise MP 1 year subscriptions. The KnTList + 3 KnTTools Enterprise MP 1 year subscription is a unique product that was customized for government agencies such as NCIS. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed price contract to GMG Systems, Inc. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210. The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
