- Performance Work Statement J&A This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z4533142A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-68 effective Wednesday, June 26, 2013; Defense DPN 20130710 effective 10 July 2013, and AFAC 2013-0327 effective 27 Mar 2013. This acquisition is being competed using full and open competition; The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219 The business size standard is $19.0 million. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is J065. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7629. Travis AFB has a requirement for a one year (12 months) Pyxis Maintenance Service Agreement. Contractor shall provide preventative maintenance to include intervening service calls on all equipment in the Appendix of the Performance Work Statement dated 24 July 2013. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made from this request for quote until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this request for quote, either before or after the closing date. In the event the government cancels this request for quote, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Ensure quotes are valid through 30 September 2013. Award will not be made until 1 October 2013. Period of performance will be from 1 Oct 2013-30 Sep 2014. Please see attached limited source document prior to submitting offers. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999): (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and technical acceptability considered. Please include shipping costs for items to Travis AFB, CA 94535. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in: 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports. 5352.201-9101 Ombudsman ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF INVOICES Contractor must be registered with WAWF. Requests for payments must be submitted electronically via the Internet through the Wide Area WorkFlow - Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) system at https://wawf.eb.mil. Clauses may be accessed electronically in full text through http://farsite.hill.af.mil. Contractors must be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov, at Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) at http://wawf.eb.mil. If contractor is not actively registered in SAM at time of posting close they may be thrown out of consideration. WAWF is not required prior to award, but it is the system through which the contractor will be paid monthly. It is highly advisable to begin both registrations as soon as possible.
