Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RFQ-IL-13-00012 and is being procured under full and open provisions. The solicitation is using provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66. The NAICS code is 334516, with a small business size standard of 500 people. See attached required specification listing for details on analyzers. Two (2) discrete analyzers, with accessores, shipping, installation and training will be ordered from this Request for Quote. Shipping will be FOB Destination Chicago, IL. See solicitation for list of clauses that apply to this procurement. Quotes must be received by 2pm Central Time on August 15, 2013 to be considered.
