- Description
- The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), Directorate of Contracting, Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with CARLETON TECHNOLOGIES INC, 10 Cobham Dr, Orchard Park, NY 14127-4121. This is a notice of intent to issue an award to, CARLETON TECHNOLOGIES INC, to provide on-site service/calibration to the PHANTOM Automated Test Stand (P/N: B47463-1). The requested service to the PHANTOM Automated Test Stand is only provided by CARLETON TECHNOLOGIES INC, no other activity in the Continental United States is authorized to perform the prescribed service/calibration on the PHANTOM Automated Test Stand. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses are due no later than 26 August 2013 at 09:00 AM EST. Interested organizations may submit information for consideration of their capabilities and qualifications for future acquisitions to andre.dickson@soc.mil.
