- Description
- The US Army Medical Command Northern Region Contracting Office intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to GSL Solutions Inc., Vancouver, WA for GSL IntelliSys Enterprise Plus System support and maintenance for the Pharmacy at Ireland Army Community Hospital and its satellite facilities, Ft. Knox, KY, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The Pharmacy currently owns and operates the GSL equipment for which this ongoing support and maintenance is required. The service agreement includes, but is not limited to on-call and on-site support for the GSL IntelliSys Will Call Management Operating System Enterprise Plus Standard, The GSL IntelliSys Will Call Management System Enterprise Plus Operating System Satellite Pharmacy Edition, GSL Four Drawer IntelliCab, GSL IntelliPad, IntelliSys servers, and Metrologic scanners. The period of performance for the maintenance support services will be 27 September 2013 - 26 September 2014, with one (1) 12-month option period 27 September 2014 - 26 September 2015. This requirement will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13, using simplified acquisition procedures. NAICS code is 541511, size standard is $25.5M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. Offerors certain they can meet the requirement may submit in writing an affirmative response and statement of technical capabilities along with their quotation. All written responses must include a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Affirmative written response must be received no later than 22 August 2013.
