- STANDING PRICE QUOTE for three (3) NSN's. GSA, FAS intends to establish a not to exceed one-year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for three (3)National Stock Number's in the 5110 Federal Supply Class and 5120 Federal Supply Class. These NSN's are part of GSAà ƒÃ† ’à ‚ à ƒÃ šÃƒ ‚à ‚ ¬Ãƒ ƒÃ šÃƒ ‚à s Stock Program. All offers for this RFQ are to be FOB destination. Quantities are estimates based on the last three years usage. Subject SPQ's are not set aside for small business concerns. The Government will make award to the most responsive, responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
