- Description
- The U.S. House of Representatives, Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is seeking information about tools which are available in the market that can monitor and log activities performed by privileged users, users accessing shared accounts, and users logging into Root utilizing SUDO to perform system and application specific changes. Monitoring and logging capabilities must be capable of identifying the initiating user and user access location to the privileged account user logs into, to the actions performed during their session. Rules-based notifications, customizable data logging, and report generation should also be part of the feature set for any recommended tool. All recommended tools must minimally operate on an Oracle, SQL, or MySQL backbone and be applicable to HR, Financial and Payroll ERP systems. The CAO is seeking to minimize the total cost of ownership for this functionality. The Request for Information (RFI) may be downloaded from the House website at http://www.house.gov.
