Description: This action will be a modification to add NSNs to corporate contract. The Government has a requirement for the following: NSN: 2835-01-390-8818, P/N: 2-100-060-45, Noun: VANE, FAN, NONAIR, QTY: 5 EA, Production lead time (PLT) without First Article Testing is 301 days after receipt of order; NSN: 2840-01-458-9984, P/N: 2-131-110-76, Noun: LINER, COMBUSTION, QTY: 5 EA, Production lead time (PLT) without First Article Testing is 390 days after receipt of order; NSN: 2840-01-473-9208, P/N: 2-200-071-67, Noun: PARTS KIT, TORQUEMET, QTY: 5 EA,Production lead time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 420 days after receipt of order; NSN: 2840-01-483-0254, P/N: 2-141-140-45, Noun: ROTOR, TURBINE, AIRCR, QTY: 5 EA, Production lead time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 330 days after receipt of order. This requirement is restriced to Honeywell International Incorporated, Cage Code 02LU7. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. This action will result in a modification to a multiple year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity that will be awarded, which will be a Fixed Price with Prospective Price Redetermination contract with a five (5) year base period and four (4) year option period for a potential duration of none (9) years. This is a non-live Requirement. First article testing is not required for these items. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR) and looking under Qualification Procedures for Missile Requirements (AMCOM pamphlet 702-1) and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Missile Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Drawings, specifications, or other technical data are not available and will not be furnished. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Suggest those small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm listed. All offers must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
