- The Southern Region Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to EC America, to provide monitoring and maintenance support services for software/hardware of the Government Owned Nuance Dictaphone system. Software and servicing Ex-Text Client, Job Lister, and Voice support equipment manufactured by Nuance. This also includes replacing equipment as needed such as headsets, port adapters and equipment used for dictation. The Government intends to award on 23 August 2013, the NAICS code for this procurement is 811219 and the standard size is 6.5 million. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor solicitation of offers; however all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
