- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Total of 13 EA - 20 Feet Dry Container, Wind and Water Tight (Sealed) capable to hold storage of equipment. Container shall be in good conditions and shall be wind and water tight. External Dimensions: 20 feet(L) x 8 feet(W) x 8 feet 6 inches(H). Internal dimensions of 19 feet 4 inches L) x 7 feet 8 inches(W) x 7 feet 9 inches(H). Door opening 7 feet 8 inches (W) x 7 feet 5 inches (H). These containers will be used as Ground Storage. All Containers shall be constructed with corrugated steel side panels and steel corner frames. Hinged double doors with rubber gasket and 1-1/16 inches and Marine plywood. All containers without wheels. Quote all to be delivered 5 each to Hato Rey, San Juan, Puerto Rico and 8 each to Vega Baja, Puerto Rico - Option 001 has been deleted. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) W912LR-13-T-0021. Submit written offers, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). This procurement is being issued as UNRESTRICTED. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-17 and DFARS Change Notice 2003-1001. FOB: Destination for delivery to provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated on price, past performance and delivery date. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; FAR 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers; FAR 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era. The clause at FAR 52.224-1, Privacy Act Notification and FAR 52.224-2, Privacy Act; FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds-Central Contractor Registration. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis.
