Specfications *Provide high security key management system that tracks keys proving 100% verifiable audit trail for a 1200 unit housing area. *PC based key control system w/ auto back up, mouse, keyboard, USB 4 port Hub, 1,200 key tags and 15 Personnel Identification Fobs *All Key control system software license *17" color flat screen monitor *Laser printer w/drive software *Fingerprint reader for secure log on *External backup for CD-RW drive *Vertical stacking security cabinets *Automated tracking - no bar code swiping *Capable of storing duplicate keys per tag *Auto-run reports which can be emailed daily, emailing or texting of alarms as well *Contains clear key tags which light up when requested *Has area to enter maintenance records, key bit #s, lock info., due back date and time *Battery back-up (UPS) *Vendor will be responsibility for proving labor, parts, material, delivery, freight, set-up and all related components to ensure that the system is fully operational for the keys specified *On-site installation and on-site system operator training *One year software telephone support and one year hardware support by replacement Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N4155713RC050CO is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. This acquisition is reserved exclusively for small business participation, IAW FAR 19.502-2. The applicable NAICS is 334519 and the small business size standard for this code is 500 employees. Andersen AFB, Guam requires ONE (1) Key Tracking System with the follow details: CLIN Descriptions Qty. U/M 0001 Key Tracking System 1 each **Shipping must be included in CLIN 0001** Shipping Destination 36 CES/CEH (BLDG 1723) UNIT 14007 APO AP 96929-4007 The provision at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process will be used. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible concern whose quote conforming to the solicitation has the lowest overall evaluated price inclusive of shipping. To be acceptable for award, the quoted product must meet or exceed the characteristics listed in item above. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
