- -On 19 August 2013, The Government posts Amendment 2 to the solicitation W91260-R-13-0001 along with the minor revised attachment 8. The purpose of amendment 0002 is to: 1. Change the date in attachment 8 quote mark Past Performance Cover Letter and Questionnaire quote mark, page 2 memorandum, paragraph 3 from quote mark 19 August 2013 quote mark to quote mark 5 September 2013 quote mark to coincide with the RFP due date of 5 September 2013. 2. Change the email address in attachment 8 quote mark Past Performance Cover Letter and Questionnaire quote mark, page 2 memorandum, paragraph 3, bullet 1 from Charlene.M.Maneafaiga.civ@mail.mil1 to Charlene.M.Maneafaiga.civ@mail.mil. 3. RFP, Section L, paragraph L-6.2.2.4.1 Tab 4.1 quote mark Site Security Plan quote mark : Remove requirement to address PWS section 2.3 quote mark Site 5 Specific Tasks quote mark in proposal. The technical plan was revised in amendment 0001 to only address the Shariki Communication Site for section L. PWS section 2.3 was inadvertently not removed from paragraph L-6.2.2.4.1 Tab 4.1 in amendment 0001. In theproposal, the offeror may state that quote mark PWS section 2.3 was removed from evaluation in RFP amendment 0001 quote mark. And RFP, Section M, paragraph M-3.5.1 Subfactor 1, bullet 2: Remove PWS section 2.3 quote mark Site 5 Specific Tasks quote mark from evaluation. 4. Formatting for table 4.2 in RFP amendment cut off information. Except for Volume 3, Tab 2, no other information changed from the RFP released 19 June 2013 to RFP amendment 0001 released 6 August 2013. 5. There is no change to the RFP or past performance submission due dates based on these changes. 6. Changes are noted in bold and italicized or using the strikethrough feature. -On 7 August 2013, the Government reposted the amendment documents to fix access control settings. -On 7 August 2013, the Government edited the response date on FBO to 5 September 2013 to be consistent with the amendment. -On 6 August 2013, the Government posts Amendment 1 to the solicitation W91260-R-13-0001 along with the revised attachments. The following is a list of documents revised: 1.Amendment 1 to Solicitation W91260-13-R-0001 2.Revision to Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement (PWS) 3.Revision to PWS Appendices D, E, and F 4.Revision to Attachment 6 Past Performance Information 5.Revision to Attachment 10 Contract Cost and Price Template 6.Revision to Attachment 12 GFP and CAP Status Report The following is a list of documents added: 1.Attachment 13 Site Visit Q&As (the same as previously posted on 19 June) 2.Attachment 14 RFP Q&As 3.Attachment 15 Site Visit Conference Slides (As presented at the 27 June site visit) 4.Attachment 16 Commander Mission Briefing (As presented at the 27 June site visit The changes in these documents are italicized AND bold for ease of identification. However, it is the responsibility of the offerors to acknowledge all changes and additions included in this amendment (see block 14 on the SF 30 cover sheet). Offeror shall use the most up-to-date documents/attachments for proposal purposes. The proposal close date has also been extended to 15:00 local time on 5 September 2013. -On 18 June 2013, the Government's answers to questions posed at the site visit conducted on 27 June 2013 at Shariki Communications Site was posted as a Technical Data Package (ASFI/FBO). Any questions regarding this answers must be submitted, in writing to Mr. Patrick Clark, Patrick.W.Clark30.civ@mail.mil and Ms. Charlene M. Maneafaiga, Charlene.M.Maneafaiga.civ@mail.mil, no later than 25 July 2013, 1500 MDST. Questions must be directly related the answers contained in the Site Visit Question and Answer document. This purpose of this announcement is to notify industry that Solicitation W91260-13-R-0001 was released and issued on Friday, 19 June 2013. Proposals for this solicitation are due not later than 5:00PM mountain time on Monday, 19 August 2013. To obtain explicit access to the solicitation and supporting documents, please perform the following steps: 1. Complete, sign, and return by email the attached Technical Data Package request 2. Logged into FBO and navigate to the solicitation (W91260-13-R-0001) 3. Click on the quote mark explicit access quote mark button 4. Interested party will receive an email notification once the request is approved or rejected. Offerors are advised that questions must be submitted in writing by email (or as an attachment to email) not later than 19 July 2013. Responses to questions received will be published by means of an amendment to the solicitation.
