Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Sierra Nevada Health Care System plans to issue a Request for Proposal to obtain commercial Bar-Code Medication Administration Carts and Accessories. The contractor shall provide the carts and accessories to the VA. NAICS code 339113 applies with a size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation will be an unrestricted acquisition. The contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract and is expected to include a one-year basic period, with four one-year options. The solicitation number for this RFP is VA261-13-R-1381. In accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1), the Solicitation will be issued o/a 8-19-2013, with an anticipated proposal due date of 8-19-13. All questions must be in writing and may be emailed to patricia.benson@va.gov. The Offeror is responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the website listed above, without further notification from the VA Contracting Officer. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
