- *The Solicitation Number has been changed to: W9124A-13-R-0008. There will be a new Pre-Solicitation Notice posted with the new Solicitation Number.* The pre-proposal conference and site visit is no longer scheduled for 16 May 2013; and will be re-scheduled for a date to be determined. The Government will be soliciting proposals to provide, on a task order basis, scientific, engineering and technical expertise in support of the Environmental and Natural Resources Division (ENRD) and Engineering Plans and Services Division (EPSD) missions of the Directorate of Public Works at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Tasks will generally fall within the areas of analyses, studies, evaluation, and/or remediation of the effects of Fort Huachuca activities and preparation of designs, reports, plans, and other required documents for ENRD. Tasks will also include pre-design investigations and design for Military Construction - Army (MC-A) projects and preparation of reports and other required documentation, specifications, and plans for EPSD at different locations on Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This is a commercial item, firm fixed-price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity acquisition. The requirement is for a base period of one year and four one-year options. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The size standard is $14 M. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541620. This notice is not a request for proposals or quotations. The solicitation (W9124A-13-R-0003) will be issued on or about 17 May 2013. Upon release to the public, the solicitation will be available via the Internet at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi or FedBizOpps at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Proposal due date and time will be included in the solicitation.
