Description: This requirement calls for the relocation (disassembly, transport, reassembly and commissioning) of an 8-ton crane from Spinelli Barracks in Mannheim, Germany to Clay Kaserne, Wiesbaden, Germany. All required host nation inspections, testing and certifications have to be completed in order to allow operability of the crane at the new location. Crane shall be picked up prior to 30 Sep 13 and reinstalled prior to 30 Oct 13.
