- Site Visit Notes Sign In Sheet Terms and Conditions - Revised Amendment 001 to the Solicitation USDA/NRCS is soliciting bids for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to install Maneuver Access Structures (MAS) on Ft Hood Military Installation for a period of one year. Total quantity is not to exceed $5,000,000.00. Guaranteed minimum quantity is 72,000 tons of rock to create approximately 600 MAS. Minimum order quantity is 2,500 tons of rock A site visit was held at 0900, 22 Aug 2013 at 105 Memorial Drive, Gatesville, TX. Attendance at this site visit is not required to bid. No other site visit will be available. Sign in Sheet, Site visit notes, and Questions and Answers from the site visit are attached with an amendment to the solicitation. Attached file "Terms and Conditions" is deleted and replaced with attached file "Terms and Conditions - Revised". This change deletes the requirement to provide a bid bond. NOTE: Payment and Performance Bonds are still required (after award).
