Past Performance: The Government will evaluate past performance information to assess the level of performance risk associated with the offeror's likelihood of success in performing the requirements stated in the solicitation. Currency and relevance of the information (as determined by the Government), the source of the information, content of the data and general trends in the contractor's performance may be considered. Price: The proposed price will be evaluated for whether it is realistic for the work to be performed: reflects a clear understanding of the requirements, and is consistent with the requirements of the solicitation. Description:The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District is issuing this announcement for the purchase and installation of an automated solar powered security gate system. Statement of Work is to modify/upgrade the existing manual system for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento Area Office, 2194 Ascot Avenue, Rio Linda, CA 95673. Please review the Statement of Work contained in Solicitation W91238-13-Q-0061 which shall be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or about 23 August 2013. Synopsis Date: 23 August 2013 Solicitation Issue Date:23 August 2013 Quotation Due Date: 23 September 2013 Solicitation Ordering: This solicitation shall not be issued in a hard copy format.
