Ft. (ABOA): 21,051 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 24,209 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 secured, reserved + local code Parking Spaces (Surface): 3 secured + local code Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 Full Term: 20 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •Space must be located on the fifth floor or lower. •Space must be contiguous on a single level. •Minimum column spacing requirement of 20'. •Proximity to major thoroughfares Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
