- This requirement is for purchases of safety glasses and goggles, safety coveralls, jackets and sleeve protectors, safety gloves, and safety ear plugs, hard hats and face shields. The Trident Refit Facility (TRF) at Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, GA has a requirement for safety personal protective equipment. This requirement is for purchases of safety glasses and goggles, safety coveralls, jackets and sleeve protectors, safety gloves, and safety ear plugs, hard hats and face shields. Applicable NAICS: 339113 Small Business Size Standard: 500 This requirement is restricted to small businesses. This requirement will be awarded as a single award Requirements / Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type firm fixed price contract. The acquisition strategy for this requirement includes a base year period beginning on 15 October 2013 through 31 August 2014 with four (4), one-year options. NOTE: Closing date referenced in this advertisement is the closing date for the receipt of the Request for Proposals (RFP). No verbal or phone conversations will be accepted.
