- The contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, to deliver (FOB - Destination) to South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 South State Road 7, and Lake Worth, FL. The following equipment as stated: SlatTrax (Turf Protection System PN10701) (Suggested Source) or "an equal", please note if company isn't providing the suggested equipment listed, please ensure specifications for "an equal" is include with their respective quote. Failure to do so will make your offer non-responsive to this Request for Quotation. Contractor is expected to delivered equipment within ninety (90) days after receipt of order (ARO). This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 333924. Size standard of 750 employees is applicable. Electronic Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on August 26, 2013. Responses to the solicitation are due by 1:00 p.m., September 4, 2013. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the request for quotation which is available at Fed Biz Opps. No paper copies will be issued. Offerors are responsible for obtaining any and all amendment or additional information via the fedbizopps website. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award (see Internet site: http://www.sams.gov/). Before submission of quote and after evaluation for possible award of purchase order. Failure to do so will make your offer non-responsive to this Request for Quotation.
