- Attachment 6 Attachment 5 Attachment 4 Attachment 3 Attachment 2 Attachment 1 Exhibit 4 Exhibit 3 Exhibit 2 Exhibit 1 Solicitation HSCG84-13-R-8YZ049 Solicitation HSCG84-13-R-8YZ049 is hereby issued for the Permanent Plug and Abandonment of one (1) off-shore oil well. Closing date is 20 September 2013 4:30 PM EST. Contractor to perform and provide all personnel, equipment, management, supervision, materials, supplies (including all expendable supplies, i.e. office and operating supplies, etc.), tools, fuel, permits, transportation, training, uniforms, special type clothing, and other items or services (except as stated herein) necessary to Permanently Plug and Abandon the well. The well is located in Bayou Perot, LA. As a reference point, the well is estimated to be within three and one half (3.5) nautical miles offshore from C and M Marina 4932 Kenal Road, Lafitte, La 70067. The depth of water is between 2-6 Feet or more. During operations, the contractor shall be capable of cleaning all releases or sheens from petroleum related substances, gases, and debris from the well, such as might be present when Plug and Abandonment (P&A) work is performed. Plug and Abandonment shall be conducted in a manner that minimizes impacts to natural resources. The applicable NAICS code is 213112. Size Standard is $35.5 million. For the calculations of annual receipts and number of employees, see parts 121.104 and 121.106 in SBA Small Business Size Regulation,http://sba.gov/regulations/121/. This requirement will be issued pursuant to FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Test Programs For Certain Commercial Items. This is a Firm Fixed Price requirement.
