The VA Health Care Upstate New York (VISN 2) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the VISN-wide purchase, installation, training, software, etc. for an Anesthesia Record Keeper (ARK) Clinical Information System (CIS). The Government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract for this requirement with a base year plus two one-year option periods. The solicitation with any and all pertinent information will be published on the FBO website. Proposals will be due 15 days after posting of the solicitation and the resulting contract will be awarded no later than September 30, 2013. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 511210 with a business size standard of $25 million. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation.
