Description

The Fargo VA Healthcare System anticipates awarding a sole-source procurement to Image Stream Medical (a small business), of Littleton, MA, for the procurement of 'nStream Digital Capture System' deliverable to Department of Veterans Affairs, Iowa City VA HCS as indicated within the contract documents. NAICS code # 339113, with a size standard of 500 employees, applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Comments regarding this announcement must be received no later than 2 September 2013.
