- Sole Source Justification Sole Source Justification for Survival Systems USA Inc.: The U.S. Coast Guard intends to procure the following service maintenance agreement from Rescue Survival Systems USA Inc. Period Of Performance 09/09/2013-09/30/2014. This purchase will be made from Rescue Survival Systems USA Inc. 144 Tower Ave. Groton, CT 06340. The U.S. Coast Guard intends to purchase this maintenance from Rescue Survival Systems USA Inc. as the only provider of this service. The proposed contract action is for service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority for FAR 6.302-1(b)(ii) and 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the peurpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please direct all questions to Michael.R.Davis@uscg.mil.
