- #W912ES-13-T-0131 MAP for RFQ #W912ES-13-T-0131 SF1442 RFQ/Solicitation The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting quotes for Crushed Aggregate Lift and Grading of Existing Roads and Parking Lots at Blackhawk Park, near De Soto, WI. This project consists of supplying, spreading, grading and compacting 850 cubic yards of ¾ inch crushed aggregate on existing gravel roads and parking lots at Blackhawk Park. An additional 10,000 square feet of roadways and parking lots will also require grading but no aggregate application. Pre-grading of existing roads is not required. Load tickets shall be furnished by the Contractor. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work. It is recommended that contractors visit the site prior to submitting a quote. All work shall be done in complete accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW) and wage determination. The project will be performed at Blackhawk Park, which is located 3 miles North of De Soto, WI off of State Hwy 35. This solicitation #W912ES-13-T-0131 is issued as 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. Line Item 0001 is for PLACE CRUSHED AGGREGATE AND GRADE ROADS AT BLACKHAWK PARK, NEAR DE SOTO, WI. The project must be completed by October 11, 2013. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The associated NAICS code is 237310 with a size standard of $33,500,000.00. Offeror must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management), including the Representations and Certifications section, prior to award. The SAM website is located at http://www.acquisition.gov. There is no charge to register in SAM. A determination by the government to not award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the government.
