- SUBJECT: Pre-Solicitation Notice (PSN) 100 KW Generator DESCRIPTION: This is for requirement for Generator 100 KW; quantity (4 each) with fuel type diesel; with fuel system injection. Cooling system must be water cooled. Operator manual must be in English. Total weight (empty) must not exceed 9000 pounds/ 4083 Kilos. Max length must not exceed 108 inches / 274 centimeters. Max Width must not exceed 88 inches/ 223 centimeters. Operational capacity of generator unit must operate 24 hours a day, with service life of 3 years. Operational range must be covered and operate in temperatures reaching 50 Celsius/122 Fahrenheit. Maintenance end user kit must have 1 year supply with 4 oil filters, 4 air filters, 4 fan belt sets. Maintenance package; tech team should be able to conduct quarterly maintenance on site. Initial delivery, set up and operation should arrive within 15 days of delivery to conduct operator instruction. 1.NACIS CODE: 335312 2.DELIVERY POINT: Delivery point will be Stuttgart Army Airfield. 3.SELECTION CRITERIA: Will be established in the solicitation. 4.TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm-Fixed Price 5.REQUIRED DELIVERY DATE: Delivery no later than 29 Novermber 2013. 6.REQUIREMENTS: In accordance with FAR 4.1102, prospective contractors should be SAM (System of Award Management) registered prior to award of contract. Awards made to foreign vendors for work performed outside the United States are exempt from SAM registration if it is impractical to obtain SAM registration.
