- NEPA TRAINING SOW Notice Information Solicitation: HSCG28-13-P-75F082 Agency/Office: United States Coast Guard (USCG) Location: USCG DISTRICT 7 BRIDGE BRANCH(dpb) Title: WEBNAR NEPA TRAINING GRADUATE CERTIFICATE Contract Award Date: Description(s): Added: Aug 24, 2012 9:22 am This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). USCG CGD 7 requires conducted live via a web-based interface and prepare students to fully understand, apply and ensure compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act. The training must be given by instructors who are experts in their field and the training program must be recognized by an accredited academic institution. The solicitation number is HSCG28-13-P-75F082. Some Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are:611519 The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13.Quotes are to be received no later than close of business(4 p.m.)on September 6,2013. Faxed quotations will be accepted at 305-415-7092. SCOPE of WORK See attached SOW for complete requirements. Quotes will be evaluated on lowest cost technically acceptable.
