- The Lebanon VA Medical Center has a requirement for Solicitation VA244-13-Q-1652, VAC Ulta Therapy System Units. A Firm-Fixed Price Service award is anticipated. The Lebanon VA Medical Center is seeking a contractor to provide a quantity of 4 EA VAC Ulta Therapy System Units at the VA Medical Center, Lebanon, PA. 17042. FAR 52.211-6, Brand name or Equal does NOT apply. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses (SB). A solicitation document will be available electronically on or about September 3, 2013 at the following website: www.fbo.gov. Bidders will search for solicitation VA244-13-Q-1652 to access solicitation documents and any Amendments. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF ACTIONS INCLUDING POSTING OF THE SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS.
