- DESCRIPTION: NSN 2510-01-558-4892 - "Windshield Assembly, Ballistic, Front Window Assembly" being bought in accordance with Oshkosh Corporation (Cage 45152, P/N 10KP963) or Plasan N.A. (Cage 535V1, P/N 023020023-00). The required quantity is 60 each, to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA., 17070-5002. FOB destination and inspection/acceptance at destination is required. Based on Market Research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capabilities to satisfy the Governments requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This is a UNRESTRICED solicitation and is not set-aside for small business. This solicitation will be available at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 09/20/2013. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. The required delivery for 60 each is 180 days. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. Notice: This solicitation contains DLAD Provision 52.215-9023 for Reverse Auction (RA). The Government reserves the right to activate this provision after timely offers have been received and evaluated. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
