- Bed-In-A-Bag RFQ This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3813238A001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-66, Effective 1 April 2013, DPN 20130412 effective 12 April 2012, and AFAC 2013-0327, effective 27 Mar 2013. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 314120. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7210. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5719. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made from this request for quote until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this request for quote, either before or after the closing date. In the event the government cancels this request for quote, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Ensure quotes are valid through 30 September 2013. Requirement Description: Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order for Bed-In-A-Bags: 1 Comforter, 1 Fitted Sheet, 1 Flat Sheet, 1 Pillow Case. Quantity 200 each. The requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001- Bed-In-A-Bag: Bio Perferred Product, IAW: Executive Order 13514. Include: Comforter, Fitted Sheet, Flat Sheet, Pillow Case. Comforter Size - Twin XL Comforter Shell: 100% Polyester Comforter Fill: 70% Polyester, 30% Tencel+Plus Lyocell Eucalyptus Sheet Set: 65% Tencel+Plus Lyocel, 35% Polyester Variety of Colors: Blue, Brown, Cappuccino, Burgundy Quantity:______200____ Delivery to Travis AFB, CA 94535 Best delivery date:__________________ Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
