Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-13-Q-0385 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69, Defense Circular Number 20130808, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2013-0327. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. The Associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this request is 333922 with a size standard 500 employees or under. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001- 1 EA: Airdrop Cargo Handling System Approximately 1698 square feet 5 inch steel structure frame 3/16 inch steel deck with supports between each ball transfer row. Rollers 2 inches in diameter and 12 inches long, and 11 gauge galvanized Non-skid safety coating on all surfaces. Dividers between each conveyor roller lane. Rollers partially recessed in decking for safety while walking on roller system. Removable pallet stops on the end of each conveyor roller lane. 56 inch conveyor roller lanes with two rows of rollers, and the center of each row of rollers to be 6 inches from the outside edge of the lane. 112 inch conveyor roller lanes with four rows of rollers, and the center of each row of rollers from one side will be 13.5 inches, 72.5 inches, and 98.5 inches IAW attached Statement of Work. Shipping will be FOB Destination to F1PT5B - 563 Operations Support Squadron, 4420 S Phoenix St. Bldg. 4829, DMAFB, Tucson, AZ. 85707. The shipment should be marked for MSgt Thomas Jones.
