- Request for Quote Naval Surface Warfare Center, IHEODTD intends to award a sole source requirement to National Instruments, Austin, TX. This is a combined Sole Source Requirement Synopsis Solicitation for PXI INSTRUMENTATION SYSTEM FOR ESD TEST FACILITY This is a commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued unless amended for RFQ N00174-13-T-0075. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 18. The NAICS Code 334118 Size Standard 1000 employees. The offeror shall provide a firm fixed price offer. Offerers must provide with their proposal a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial items (June 2003).
