Description

SF-18 Solicitation N00421-13-T-0557 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order. Items must be Norththrop Grumman Corp. under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. See Attached RFQ. Award All or None. Please include shipping charges to 20670. Award is expected 24 September 2013. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However,all proposals received by 9:00 am est on 13 September 2013 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
