- SOLICITATION PROJECT TITLE: REPLACE HVAC PIPING AND PUMPS PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000 and $250,000 IAW FAR 36.204(c) BID BONDS ARE NOT REQUIRED IAW FAR 28.102-1(a)(1) This solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet at the following address: http://www.fbo.gov. NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure all updates and notifications to the solicitation are received. Only local sources will be solicited. A pre-proposal SITE VISIT will be held on 18 September 2013 at 8:00 A.M.Pacific. Meeting place will be at the lobby of the American Forces Network - Broadcast Center 23755 Z Steet, Riverside, California.. Questions are due to the Contracting Officer not later than (NLT) 1700hrs Pacific, 23 September 2013. Offers are due not later than 11:59 am, 25 September 2013 Proposals may be submitted electronically by the solicitation close date and time to claudio.casupang@dma.mil
