- EE-1330-13-RQ-0884 Gigamon Maintenance Support Renewal This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is EE-1330-13-RQ-0884. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) per the specifications provided in the attached solicitation for Gigamon maintenance support renewal. This is a small business set aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423430. The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration requires the following items, Exact Match Only, to the following: LI 001 : Gigamon Maintenance Service Renewal; STANDARD Level Support, 12 months through September 2014; GVS-432 (Qty 4): Serial numbers: 20506, 21116, 21115, and 21118 LI 002 : Gigamon Maintenance Service Renewal; STANDARD Level Support, 12 months through September 2014; PRT-438 (Qty 5) All responsible sources that can meet the requirement as stated may respond to this solicitation by submitting a quote, to be received no later than Tuesday, September 19, 2013 at 4:00 PM EST. Offerors should provide and quote a total solution for each line item and/or product specified on the attached solicitation document.
